dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče porodních asistentek v jednotlivých fázích porodu a problematikou potřeb a prožitků rodících žen. Teoretická část obsahuje vybrané kapitoly z historie péče porodních asistentek o rodící ženu, charakteristiku a metody přirozeného porodu, potřeby žen při porodu a péči porodních asistentek v peripartálním období. V teoretické části práce se uplatňují poznatky z dostupné odborné literatury a internetových článků. Praktická část se zabývá zkoumáním potřeb žen během porodu a v časném poporodním období. Obsahuje části tří polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondentkami a jejich vyhodnocení. Každá respondentka zastupuje jinou generaci. Konkrétně první žena rodila v šedesátých letech minulého století, druhá v osmdesátých letech minulého století a poslední žena rodila v dnešní "moderní" době, tedy v roce 2015. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce je analyzovat rozdíly v uspokojení potřeb ženy v průběhu porodu a v časném období šestinedělí, napříč generacemi. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí poznatků, získaných výzkumným šetřením a doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of midwives nursing care in each stages of a labor and issues of women's needs and experiences with birthgiving. The teoretical part contains selected chapters of midwives nursing care history, characteristics and methods of natural birth, women's needs during labor and midwives care during peripartal period. In the theoretical part of this thesis are applied findings from professional literature and network articles. The practical part of this thesis delas with research of women's needs during labor and in the early postpartum perion. It contains parts of three semistructurated interviews with respondents and its evaluation. Each respondent represents specific generation. The first woman gave birth in the sixties of the last century, the second one in the eighties of a last century and the last woman gave birth in today's modern age, in 2015. The main goal of a practical part is to analyze the differences in satisfaction of women's needs, during childbirth and in an early postpartum period, in different generations. The conclusion of the thesis contains the summary of findings acquired during the research and the recommendation for practical application.en
