dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se v úvodu teoretické části zabývám dějinami infekčního lékařství a vznikem prvních infekčních oddělení v nemocnicích. V další části se věnuji porovnání provozu infekčních klinik v polovině 20. století a v současnosti (počátek 21. století). V poslední kapitole teoretické části srovnávám za stejná období vývoj ošetřovatelské péče a kompetence všeobecných sester. V diskuzi rozebírám přínos hlavních pramenů literatury, shrnuji získané poznatky a subjektivně hodnotím rizika infekčních nemocí.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis in the introduction to the theoretical part deals with the history of infectious medicine and creation of the first department of infectious diseases in hospitals. The next section is devoted to comparing infectious clinics operating in the mid-20th century and at the present (early 21st century). The last chapter of theoretical part is comparing the development of nursing care and competence of nurses for the same periods. In the discussion, I analyze the contribution of the main sources of literature, summarize the lessons learned and I evaluate subjectively the risks of infectious diseases.	en
