dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení controllingu likvidity a cash-flow ve zvolené společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky objasňující pojem controlling, cíle controllingu či náplň práce controllera. Následně jsou zde charakterizovány controllingové aktivity, které se týkají likvidity a cash-flow. Z těchto teoretických poznatků poté vychází praktická část diplomové práce. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a oblast jejího podnikání. Dále jsou analyzovány controllingové aktivity v daném podniku zejména s důrazem na oblast likvidity a cash-flow. Následuje kapitola zabývající se shrnutím výsledků provedené analýzy. V závěrečné části práce jsou na základě těchto výsledků navržena doporučení pro zlepšení řízení likvidity a cash-flow ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of cash-flow and liquidity controlling in chosen company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The first part of this thesis includes the theoretical knowledge that clarifies the term controlling, aims of controlling or controller's job description. There are also characterized controlling activities of liquidity and cash-flow. The practical part of the diploma thesis is based on this theoretical knowledge. At the beginning of the practical part there is characterized the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and its business area. Then the controlling activities in the company are analyzed with emphasis on the area of liquidity and cash-flow. The chapter occupied with the summary of the results of this analysis follows. In the final part of this thesis, on the basis of these results, there are recommendations for improving the cash-flow and liquidity controlling of the company.en
