dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje tématu protižidovské legislativy v dobách probíhající Druhé světové války, a to konkrétně na území Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Primárním cílem této práce je představení nejzákladnější legislativy, která byla v těchto dobách směřována proti Židům. Diplomová práce dále nastíní historické aspekty, kterých se vybraná problematika týká a v důsledku kterých nabrala takový charakter. Součást práce dále tvoří stručná komparace dané problematiky s jinou zemí či návrat do minulosti s přeživší osobou. Podstata diplomové práce tkví v poskytnutí skutečných informací, v důsledku kterých bude každý schopen vytvořit své mínění o problematice, jež je cílem této diplomové práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the subject of the anti-Jewish legislation during the period of World War II, namely that in the territory of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The primary objective is to present the fundamental legislation directed against Jews at that time. The diploma thesis also outlines the historical aspects to which the selected issue relates and due to which it picked up that kind of course. The thesis also includes a concise comparison of the given issue with another country and reminiscences of the past with a surviving person. The substance of the diploma thesis lies in the provision of truthful information on the basis of which the reader will be able to get an idea of the issue which is the subject of this thesis.en
