| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou enormně obézních pacientů v PNP. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému popisu obezity, příčinám jejího vzniku, komplikacím s ní souvisejícími a seznámením s přednemocniční neodkladnou péčí. Dále je zaměřena na vyšetření enormně obézního pacienta a transport k jeho následnému ošetření. Praktická část se věnuje subjektivnímu názoru jednotlivých zdravotnických záchranářů Plzeňského kraje týkající se tohoto tématu. | cs |

The theoretical part is focused on common description of obesity, the causes of its creation, complications connected with obesity, and an introduction into prehospital emergency care. Further it focuses on examination of an enormously obese patient and his or her transportation to a following treatment. The practical part learns the subjective opinion of particular sanitary rescuers of Pilsen district about this topic. | en |
