| dc.description.abstract | Studie se věnuje působení architektů poválečné Plzně – Ing. arch. Zbyňka Tichého a Ing. arch. Miloslava Volrába, jejichž profesní dráha je pevně spjata s činností plzeňského Stavoprojektu. Oba autoři významně přispěli k podobě města prostřednictvím architektonických návrhů i urbanistických koncepcí, které se promítlydo tváře Plzně druhé poloviny 20. století. Na základě analýzy archivních fondů, odborné literatury, dobových pramenů i rozhovorů s pamětníky jsou jejich díla zasazena do širšího historického a společenského kontextu. Text se zaměřuje na klíčové realizace obou architektů – od urbanistických plánů až po výstavbu obytných souborů a veřejných staveb – a sleduje jejich vliv na formování identity města. | |

Miloslav Volráb, whose professional careers are closely linked to the activities of Stavoprojekt in Pilsen. Both authors contributed significantly to the city’s appearance through architectural designs and urban concepts that shaped the face of Pilsen in the second half of the 20th century. Based on an analysis of archival collections, professional literature, contemporary sources, and interviews with eyewitnesses, their work is placed in a broader historical and social context.
