| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou bakterií rodu Mycobacterium. Teoretická část se zaměřuje nejprve na charakteristiku tohoto bakteriálního rodu, dále obsahuje přehled jednotlivých klinicky významných druhů mykobakterií, jejich popis a patogenitu. Největší část této práce je věnována jednotlivým laboratorním metodám, které vedou k úspěšné diagnostice mykobakteriálních onemocnění. V praktické části je vyhodnocen přehled analýz vzorků klinického materiálu, které byly zpracovány v mykobakteriologické laboratoři za dané časové období. Současně tato část popisuje souhrn všech zachycených mykobakteriálních agens v této laboratoři za stejné období. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with laboratory diagnosis of the bacteria Mycobacterium. Theoretical part is focused at first on characteristics of this bacterial genus, further, it is consisting the overview of the individual clinically significant species of mycobacteria, their description and pathogenicity. The biggest part of the thesis is dedicated to individual laboratory methods, which lead to the successful diagnostics of mycobacterial diseases. In the practical part there is evaluated the overview of analysis of the clinical material's samples, which were elaborated in the mycobacteriological laboratory over a specified period. Simultaneously this part describes the summary of all the detected mycobacterial agents in this laboratory during the same period. | en |
