| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce "Teoretické možnosti řešení negativní externality způsobené činností konkrétního subjektu" se zaměřuje na možné řešení negativní externality Dopravního podniku města České Budějovice. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je nastínit možné varianty pro zmírnění dopadů produkovaných emisí. V první části práce je popsáno tržní selhání, metody oceňování externalit a řešení externalit. Druhá část práce je věnována externalitám v dopravě. Zmíněny jsou například hluk, emise či dopravní nehody. Třetí část práce je věnována Dopravnímu podniku města České Budějovice. V této kapitole je stručně popsána historie podniku, dále je zde uvedená poslední zveřejněná výroční zpráva z roku 2020 a v neposlední řadě je zde popsán vozový park. Pozornost je zde věnována především jednotlivým druhům autobusů a trolejbusů s ohledem na splňování emisních norem Euro. Čtvrtá část práce ukazuje vozové parky v devíti největších městech České republiky a poslední pátá část práce se zabývá návrhy řešení externalit dopravního podniku. Jsou zde popsány jak záměr nákupu elektrobusů, tak i záměr zřízení solární elektrárny. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis "Theoretical possibilities of solving negative externality caused by the activities of a specific subject" deals with possible transport solution of the negative externality of The Transport Company of the City of České Budějovice. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to outline possible variants for mitigation of the impacts of produced emissions. The first part of this diploma thesis is dealing with the market failure, methods of valuing externalities and their solutions. The second part of the diploma thesis is concerned with externalities in transport. The diploma thesis is, for example, mentioning noise, emissions or traffic accidents. The third part of the diploma thesis discusses The Transport Company of the City of České Budějovice. History of the company is briefly described in this chapter as well as the last published annual report from 2020 and the description of the fleet of the company. Attention is mainly paid to different types of buses and trolleybuses with regard of meeting European emission standards. The fourth chapter of the diploma thesis describes fleets in the nine largest cities in the Czech Republic. The final fifth chapter deals with proposals for solving the externalities of the transport company. Both the intention to purchase electric buses and establishment of solar power plants are described in this chapter. | en |
