dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou britsko-irské hranice a aktuální problematikou jejího propojení v rámci vystoupení Spojeného království z Evropské unie. S odchodem Spojeného království dojde na této hranici k výrazným změnám, proto se irská otázka stala důležitým aspektem ve vyjednávání dohody o odchodu. Dohoda měla určit podmínky budoucí spolupráce mezi Irskou republikou a Severním Irskem, které, jakožto součást Spojeného království, taktéž opustí Evropskou Unii. V práci je popsáno, jaké postoje k této problematice zaujímali jednotliví aktéři a dále, k jakým krokům docházelo v jednotlivých fázích vyjednávání a jak celý proces ovlivnila tzv. irská pojistka.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's work is about the problematics of the forming of the border between Great Britain and Ireland, which is tightly connected to the United Kingdom's exit of the European Union. Major changes on the Irish border were caused by this separation, that is why the Irish question was an important aspect of the negotiation about the agreement. The agreement was supposed to determine the conditions of the future cooperation between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, which would leave the European Union as a part of the United Kingdom. This work describes which stances the different parties took and which steps were applied in the phases of the negotiation and how was the entire process affected by the so-called Irish backstop.en
