dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá problematikou výskytu závažného onemocnění klíšťové meningoencephalitidy. Pro práci jsem vybrala dva pacienty rozdílných věkových skupin a pohlaví. Je zde popsána jejich reakce a odpověď na léčbu nejprve v době ambulantního sledování, následně za doby hospitalizace a u ženy ještě po propuštění z nemocnice. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V části teoretické je popsán průběh onemocnění, jeho přenos, příznaky, včetně léčby a komplikací. Do části praktické jsem zařadila dvě kazuistiky pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Hlavní část práce jsem zaměřila převážně na ošetřovatelskou péči a aktuální potřeby nemocných.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue and occurrence of severe tick-borne meningoencephalitis. For the thesis, I selected two patients of different age groups and genders. There is described their reaction and response to the treatment during the ambulatory outpatient follow-up, subsequently through periods of hospitalization and in the case of woman patient also after her release from the hospital. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the course of the disease, its transmission, symptoms, including treatment and complications. The practical part includes two case reports of patients with this disease. The main part is focused mainly on nursing care and actual needs of patients.en
