dc.description.abstractTato práce se snaží v prvé části zmapovat logiky třídění potravin v případě potravních zákazů. V čáísti druhé se snaží popsat sociální důsledky pro osoby s těmito odlišnými klasifikačními logikami od dominantní společnosti. Výchozím bodem zájmu práce jsou osoby s dobrovolným zákazem lepku a základním zdrojem informací mimo jiné byly zejména polostrukturované rozhovory.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work in the first part tries to map out logic of sorting food in case of food taboos. In the second part tries to examine social consequences for people with those different classification logic, differing from the dominant society. The starting point of my thesis are persons with voluntary taboo on gluten. Basic source of information are semi-structured interviews.en
