| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce v teoretické části nejdříve popisuje Průmysl 4.0. rozdíl mezi digitální transformací a digitalizací. Na základě těchto poznatků se v praktické části práce zabývá návrhem a zavedením digitální transformace v podniku ZT Metal a.s. Na základě analýzy podniku a jeho procesů je vyhodnocena nejvhodnější oblast pro zavedení digitální transformace. Cílem práce je popsat stávající stav daného procesu, vytvořit návrh pro zlepšení a zhodnotit navrhované řešení. | cs |

Based on these findings the practical part of the thesis elaborates on the suggestion and application of digital transformation in the company ZT Metal a.s.
