Lisování nerozebíratelných spojů rámových konstrukcí

Abstract

The project goal is development of an alternative joint produc tion technology to welding of high strength low alloyed steels. The reason for the development is the material prope rties degradation in the heat affected zone due to welding process which is extremely probl ematic especially in the case of the materials with controlled microstructure. The newly developed joints are created by combination of pressing and zinc-coating. The technology development is aimed for l ight weight joints of thin wall profi le constructions made of pi pes. There are currently tested joints of pipe-profi le and under development there are joints pipe- pipe and profile-profi le. Special forming tools are designed for these purpos es assuring required semi-finished produc t shape for hi gh qua lity crimp connections.
