dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na život Kašpara Marii Šternberka, jedné z předních osobností české vědy. Jsou zde uvedeny jeho nejdůležitější vědecká díla a stručně popsány odvětví, kterým se věnoval. Další část práce je věnována vzniku Národního muzea a jeho vývoji v letech, kdy byl prezidentem právě Kašpar Šternberk. V této části je také popis knihovny, kterou Kašpar Šternberk nashromáždil a poté její část věnoval Muzeu. Třetí část bakalářské práce obsahuje informace o Jáchymu Šternberkovi, bratrovi Kašpara, který byl rovněž vědec a stavitel zámku na Březině. Zámek Březina je popsán v poslední části práce. Spolu se zámkem jsou zde i historická místa v jeho nejbližším okolí. Původní hrad Březina je popsán od založení až ke Šternberkům. Dále jsou zde uvedeny také stavební úpravy, které probíhaly v roce 2001, informace o parku kolem zámku, zámecké kapli, šternberské hrobce v nedaleko vzdálené vesnici Stupno a vrchu Hradiště, kde bylo doloženo slovanské osídlení z 8. ? 10. století. Vše je zaměřeno především na spojení Kašpara Šternberka s těmito místy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work focuses on life of Gaspar Maria Sternberg, one of the leading personalities of Czech science. It mentions his most important scientific works and briefly describes branches that he devoted his work to. Next part of this work describes establishment of the National Museum and its development in the upcoming years, when Gaspar Sternberg was the president of this institution. This part also contains a description of the library, which Gaspar Sternberg collected and afterwards dedicated its part to the Museum. Third part of the work is dedicated to Joachim Šternberg, brother of Gaspar, who was as well a scientist and constructor of the castle in Březina. Castle in Březina is described in the last part of the work. Along with the castle, also historical places in its direct neighborhood are described. Original keep is described from its establishing to Stenrbergs. Also rebuilding of the castle in 2001 is described here. The work further contains information about park around the castle, castle?s chapel, tomb of Sternbergs in a village of Stupno and hill Hradiště, where Slavonic habitation from 8. ? 10. century was documented. Everything is focused mainly on connection of Gaspar Sternberg with these places.en
