| dc.description.abstract | Pro bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma Stávající a nové trendy při onemocnění maligním melanomem. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala zpracování historie, etiologie, epidemiologie, typům onemocnění, zabývala jsem se diagnostikou, která je v dnešní době cílem mnoha výzkumů. Zabývala jsem se i novým trendem, který zahrnuje vyšetřování nádorových markerů a podávání nového léku vemurafenibu, jenž je prozatím v ČR indikován v rámci výzkumu. V praktické části jsem zpracovala kazuistiky dvou respondentů, kde jsem se zaměřila na rizikové faktory způsobující onemocnění, které jsem chtěla porovnat s literaturou. Poukázala jsem na možnou indikaci léku vemurafenibu u jednoho z respondentů. U maligního melanomu je velmi důležitá edukace laické veřejnosti v oblasti prevence a časné diagnostiky tohoto onemocnění, neboť pouze včasně stanovená diagnóza je základním předpokladem úspěšné léčby. Vytvořením edukačního letáku bych chtěla přispět k primární prevenci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This is a brief thesis description, without any description and used methods, but with result. For my Bachelor's thesis I chose the topic "The current and new trends in malignant melanoma". The theoretical part is devoted to history, etiology, epidemiology, types of disease and diagnostics thatis the aim of the scientific research currently. In this section I also mentioned the issue of tumor markers and new therapeutic modality (namely Vemurafenib)that is the matter of research currently. The practical part is devoted to case reports of two patients and it is focused on risk factors of the malignant melanoma and these are confronted with literature data. I pointed out the possible treatment with Vemurafenib in one of the patients. The public education in prevention and early diagnosis of malignant melanoma is very important in this disease because only early diagnosis is essential for successful treatment. Creating the educational leaflet I wanted to help in primary prevention of malignant melanoma. | en |
