| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací firemních procesů a různými strategiemi vedení firmy. Je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické, která se věnuje různým metodám reengineeringu a řízení podniku, neboť vedení firmy právě pomocí reengineeringu (radikální změny) zvyšuje výkonnost nejen procesu, ale i celého podniku. Druhou část tvoří příklad z praxe, který umožňuje vytvořit si jasnou představu o průběhu reengineeringu. | cs |
