dc.description.abstract	Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje a zkoumá poznatky z oblasti komunikace všeobecných sester s pacienty s depresivní epizodou a vliv komunikace s těmito pacienty na podílu vzniku syndromu vyhoření zdravotnických pracovníku. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě částí. První část se zabývá obecnou definici komunikace ,typy komunikace , složky a kanály komunikace , komunikace s pacienty, komunikace sestra ? pacient v praxi a vzdělávaní v komunikaci. Druhá část je o depresi, o příznacích deprese, změně nálad a tělesných příznacích deprese. Cílem praktické částí je zjištění co nejvíce informací, názorů a postojů k současné situaci týkající se zdravotních sester a jejich komunikace s pacientem s depresí a možného vlivu této komunikace na vznik syndromu vyhoření u zdravotnických pracovníku.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Summary: this thesis examines and summarises the findings from the area of communication for general nurses to patients with depressive episode, and the influence of communication with these patients to the share of pupils of medical personnel. The work consists of two parts, the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided in two parts. The first part deals with the general definition of the communication, the types of communication, folders and channels of communication, communication with patients, patient-nurse communication in practice and are in communication. The second part is about depression, symptoms of depression, changing moods and physical symptoms of depression. The aim of the practical part is finding the maximum of information, views and positions on the current situation regarding nurses and their communication with the patient with depression and the possible impact of this communication on the creation of pupils of medical personnel.	en
