dc.description.abstractÚstředním tématem této diplomové práce je koncept mimesis. I přes to, že se jedná o koncept klasický, je jeho použití v interpretační praxi tématem velmi živě diskutovaným a stále aktuálním. Cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí analýzy provedené na románu Na cestě od Jacka Kerouaca dokázat, že mimesis může být funkčním interpretačním aparátem napomáhajícím pochopení daného literárního díla v širších souvislostech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe central theme of this thesis is the concept of mimesis. Despite the fact that it is a classic concept, its use in interpretation practice is very vividly discussed and still up to date. The aim of this diploma thesis is to prove by means of an analysis on the novel On the Road by Jack Kerouac that mimesis can be a functional interpretative apparatus helping to understand the given literary work in a broader context.en
