dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním hrubé motoriky u dospělých s mentálním postižením. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se opírá o literární a internetové zdroje a zabývá se mentálním postižením, hrubou motorikou a pohybem. Praktická část se zaměřuje na testování hrubé motoriky dle Nového testu (NT) a dále také na cvičební jednotku na trénink motoriky. V neposlední řadě jsou zde analyzovány cíle a hypotézy práce, které byly určeny na začátku. Výstupem je zhodnocení provedení NT a navržená cvičební jednotka, kterou je možné ovlivnit hrubou motoriku u dospělých s mentálním postižením. Výsledky závisí na včasnosti a pravidelnosti intervence a přístupu probandů a rodiny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis examines testing of gross motor skills in adults with mental disabilities. It contains two parts - theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part is based on literary and internet sources and it deals with mental disabilities, gross motor skills and movement. Practical part is focused on gross motor skills test called Nový tets (NT) and training plan for improvement of gross motor skills. There is also an analysis of goals and hypothesis determined at the begining of the work. Output of work is NT performance and proposed training for improvement of gross motor skills in adults with mental disabilitties. Results depend on timeliness and regularity of training and also on attitude of exerciser and family.en
