dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce popisuje jednotlivá poranění míchy a páteře a jejich následné ošetření v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Její součástí je část teoretická a část praktická. Teoretická část je rozdělena na anatomii páteře a míchy a dále na jednotlivá poranění. Zaměřuji se především na diagnostiku poranění, přednemocniční péči a následnou nemocniční léčbu, včetně použití zobrazovacích metod. Součástí je přednemocniční postup na místě úrazu s možným poškozením páteře a míchy. Praktická část výzkumu je založena na statistickém šetření dat, které bylo poskytnuto Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou Plzeňského kraje. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do přehledných grafů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor diploma thesis describes individual injuries of the spinal cord and the spine as well as their subsequent treatment in prehospital emergency care. The work comprises of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the spine and spinal cord and thereafter focuses on their individual injuries. My main interest resides primarily in injury diagnosis, prehospital care and subsequent hospital care with the use of medical imaging methods. The prehospital treatment procedure where there is a potential damage to the spine or spinal cord is also covered in this text. The practical part of the research deals with the statistical survey data provided by the Medical Emergency Service in Plzeň Region. A clear overview is presented in individual charts.en
