dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na zásady štíhlé výroby a metody Six Sigma. Práce obsahuje popis metod štíhlé výroby - Kaizen, Kanban, Just-in-time, Poka-yoke, 5S a 5Proč, zhodnocení metod a dalších metodik Six Sigma a informace o Six Sigma týmu. Metodiky Six Sigma jsou DMAIC, DMADV a FDSS. Dále práce obsahuje statistiku o společnostech využívajících Six Sigma. V práci je popsáno použití nástrojů a hodnotících metod Six Sigma - bodový diagram, časový digram, histogram, test normality, souhrn a analýza rozptylu a jejich aplikace v případové studii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on the principles of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods. The thesis includes description of the methods of Lean manufaturing - Kaizen, Kanban, Just-in-time, Poka-yoke, 5S a 5Whys, assessment of methods and other Six Sigma methodologies and information about team of Six Sigma. Six Sigma methodologies are DMAIC, DMADV a FDSS. The statistics about Six Sigma companies is in this thesis too. This thesis describes the use of tools and evaluation methods of Six Sigma - dotplot, time series plot, histogram, normality test, summary and analysis of variance and their application in the case study.en
