dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje daní a daňových systémů na území České republiky od konce 19. století po současnost, zhodnocení prováděných daňových reforem a nastínění plánovaných reformních kroků v budoucnu. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola je věnována teoretické základně k problematice daní a daňových systémů. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán vývoj daňové soustavy od konce 19. století do roku 1927. Kapitola končí daňovou reformou v roce 1927, nazývanou Englišova daňová reforma. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje další vývoj daňové soustavy od roku 1928 do roku 1953. Tato kapitola obsahuje nejen vliv druhé světové války, světové hospodářské krize na výběr daní, ale i počátky socialismu a tím postupné přizpůsobování požadavků na daňový systém. Kapitola končí daňovou reformou v roce 1953. Následující čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o vývoji daňové soustavy od roku 1954 a končí rok před vznikem České republiky. Další kapitola se věnuje vývoji daňové soustavy od roku 1993 po současnost. Šestá kapitola shrnuje a hodnotí prováděné daňové reformy na území ČR od konce 19. století. Poslední kapitola nastiňuje plánované reformní kroky v nadcházejících letech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented work is focused on analysis of the taxes and the tax systems in the Czech Republic since the 19th century to the present, evaluation carried out tax reforms and outlining the planned reform steps in the future. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical basis for the issue of taxes and tax systems. The second chapter describes the development of the tax system since the late 19th century to 1927. The chapter ends with the tax reform in 1927, called Englišova tax reform. The third chapter describes the further development of the tax system from 1928 to 1953. This chapter contains not only the impact of the Second World War, the global economic crisis on tax revenues but also the beginnings of socialism and the gradual adaptation to the requirements of the tax system. The chapter ends with the tax reform in 1953. The following fourth chapter discusses the development of the tax system since 1954 and the year ending before the formation of Czech Republic. The next chapter is devoted to the development of the tax system from 1993 to the present. The sixth chapter summarizes and evaluates the implementation of tax reform in the Czech Republic since the 19th century. The last chapter outlines the planned reforms in the coming years.en
