| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá pádovou problematikou u klientůžijících vdomově pro seniory. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zmíněna kvalita, indikátory kvality, standardy, audit a management rizik. Důležitou součástí jsou rizikové faktory pádů, komplikace pádů a také prevence a nástroje pro hodnocení rizika pádů. Jedna kapitola je věnována stáří, soběstačnosti, onemocněním a farmakologii ve stáří a to vzhledem k zaměření práce především na pády u klientů v seniorském věku. V praktické části je popsána metodika, organizace šetření, rozhovor metodou Focusgroupapopisvzorkuklientů, u kterých byla sebrána data z dokumentace v souvislosti s pády. Následně jsou jednotlivé výsledky šetření uvedeny v tabulkách a grafech. Diskuze obsahuje komentáře daných výsledků výzkumu a závěr se zabývá shrnutím celé práce. | dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is about problematics with clients living at home for the elderly. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Quality indikator of quality, standarts, audit and risk management are mentionedin the theoretical part. Important components are dangerous factors of falls, complications of falls and also prevention and tools for rating dangerous falls. One chapter is about old age, self- sufficiency, diseases, pharmacology for old people and due to the topic of this work, itis mostly about falls at the old age.Methods, organization of saving, interview by focus group method and a description of samples of clients whose data s were confiscated from falls documentation are described in the practical part. Afterwards the particular results are written in tables and graphs. The discussion contains comments about research results. The conclusion is about thesis summary. The main target of this thesis was to map falls of clients who stay at the home for eldery in the period of two years and to create a pilot version of a standart related to prevention of falls. | en |
