| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce je zaměřena na automatizaci budov s využitím inteligentního systému. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny principy a funkčnost takového systému a také jeho způsoby realizace. Dále jsou představeny tři různé typy řešení chytrého domu, které se objevují na dnešním trhu. Jsou zde představeny jejich nejpoužívanější prvky, pomocí kterých lze budovy automatizovat. V praktické části jsou poté vypracovány dva projekty s výpisem materiálu a cenovou nabídkou. První projekt je zpracován s využitím inteligentní elektroinstalace a druhý za pomocí elektroinstalace klasické. V závěru je jejich vzájemné srovnání a vyhodnocení výhod, nevýhod, a především cenové srovnání obou verzí. | cs |

The theoretical part presents the principles and functionality of such a system as well as its methods of implementation. There are also three different types of smart home solutions that appear on today's market. Here are the most used elements that can be used to automate buildings. In the practical part, two projects with a list of materials are then developer and a price offer. The first project is developed using intelligent wiring and the second one with the help of classic wiring. In the end, there is a mutual comparison and evaluation of advantages, disadvantages, and above all a price comparison of both versions. | en |
