dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části bakalářské práci se nejdříve zaměřuji na státy a jazyky Evropské unie. Dále na pojem pacient cizinec, jejich výskyt na území České republiky a na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty cizince. Velmi rozsáhle se v práci zabývám také komunikací s pacienty z různých států EU a v poslední řadě jazykovým vzděláváním sester. V praktické části práce jsem si zvolila kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníků, které byly určeny všeobecným sestrám a byly rozdány v pěti "velkých" a pěti "malých" nemocnicích po celé ČR. Z těchto údajů budou vycházet výsledky, které jsem zaznamenala do tabulek a grafů.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis is focused on the states and languages of the European Union. Then I deal with the term foreign patients and their occurence in the Czech medical institutions. I solve aspects of the medical care of these patients. The important part of my bachelor thesis is the analyse of specificity in communication with patients from various states of the European Union. I deal with language education of nurses too. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I used quantitative method of research by means of questionnaires. The questionnaires were made for nurses and were given out in five "large" and five "small" hospitals all over the Czech Republic. The results of my research are based on collected material. The results are put down into the charts and graphs.	en
