dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem talent managementu jako nástroje stabilizace mladých pracovníků. V práci jsou uvedeny důležité pojmy, které slouží pro lepší pochopení této problematiky. Je popsán talent management samotný a jsou uvedeny hlavní nástroje talent managementu pro stabilizaci pracovníků. Práce je rozšířena o rešerše vhodných informačních zdrojů a o uvedení praktické realizace talent managementu v podnicích. Posledním tématem této práce je vlastní závěrečné doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of talent management as a tool of stabilizing young workers. The work introduces the important concepts for better issues understanding. It is described talent management and indicated main tools of talent management. The thesis is extended by search of suitable information sources and introducing the practical implementation of talent management in companies. The final theme of this work is its own final recommendation.en
