dc.description.abstractV teoretické části se zabývám problematikou nedonošeného novorozence. Zmiňuji se o předčasném porodu, rozdílech mezi donošeným a nezralým novorozencem. Dále vypisuji nejčastější problémy, které se u předčasně narozených dětí vyskytují. V konečné fázi se zabývám ošetřovatelskou péčí v jednotlivých oblastech života dítěte a poukazuji na její odlišnost od normální péče o fyziologického novorozence. Hlavním pilířem praktické části je kazuistika nedonošeného chlapce. Za pomoci ošetřovatelského modelu dle Virginie Hendersonové jsem se snažila stanovit aktuální a potencionální ošetřovatelské diagnozy a naplánovat dle nich adekvátní péči. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvalitativním šetřením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with the issue of premature newborn. I mention early delivery, the differences between the physiological and premature newborn. In addition, the listing of the most common problems that occur with premature babies. In the final stage of the work I deal with nursing care in the various spheres of life of the child and I on her difference from the normal physiological care of the newborn. The main pillar of the practical part is case of premature newborn. With the help of the nursing model according to Virginia Henderson poking around I tried to establish the current and potential nursing diagnosis and plan according to them adequate care. A research of qualitative investigation was carried out.en
