dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování vývozu investičních celků. V úvodní části je vybráno několik zásadních prvků mezinárodního obchodu se zaměřením na investiční celky a jejich metody financování. Teoretické poznatky a poznatky z konzultací ve společnosti TS Plzeň a.s. byly dále aplikovány v praktické části. Úkolem této diplomové práce je zpracovat návrh na financování vývozní transakce investičního celku. V praktické části je na úvod popsán český strojírenský průmysl a jeho historický význam a dále je zde charakterizována státní podpora vývozních transakcí českých podniků. Poté je zpracována charakteristika strojírenské společnosti TS Plzeň a.s. a následuje zhodnocení její současné finanční situace. Výstupem práce je sestavení fiktivního vývozního případu, jehož průběh je detailně popsán již od počátku sjednávání kontraktu až k výběru jedné konkrétní možnosti financování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on issue of financing export of investment units. In the introduction of the thesis is chosen a several relevant elements of international trade focusing on investment units and methods of their financing. Theoretical knowledge and knowledge from the consultations from TS Plzeň a.s. company were also applied in the practical part. The goal of this thesis is to develop a proposal for financing export transaction of investment unit. In the introduction of the practical part is described Czech engineering industry and its historical significance and is also characterized the state aid for exporting czech companies. Then is elaborated the characteristic of engineering company TS Plzeň a.s. and follows the evaluation of its current financial situation. The output of this thesis is devise a fictitious exporting case, whose process is detailed describe from the begin of negotiating the contract until to the choice one concrete option of financing.en
