| dc.description.abstract | V této bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval stranickými systémy ve statutárních městech. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsem popsal historický vývoj statutárních měst v českém prostředí a následně stranické systémy, kde jsem uvedl tři specifické typologie. Nejdůležitější pro tuto práci je typologie od Alana Siaroffa, kterou jsem také využil v rámci druhé části bakalářské práce. Analyzoval jsem stranické systémy v Plzni, Ostravě a Brně v časovém období od 1998 do 2014. V úvodu práce jsem si stanovil čtyři otázky, na které jsem si v závěru odpověděl. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this Bachelor's dissertation I deal with the party systems in statutory cities. This Bachelor's dissertation is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. In the first part of theoretical part I deal with the historical development of statutory cities in the Czech area. In the second part of theoretical part I concern with the description of party systems. In this part I chose three specific typologies of party systems for determination of the party system. The most important typology for this Bachelor's dissertation is the typology of Alan Siaroff. I worked with this typology in practical part. In practical part, I analyzed party systems in these cities: Plzeň, Ostrava and Brno. I analyzed self-governing boroughs, which are included in these cities, too. I analyzed party systems, which come out from elections result in: 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014 years. I set four research questions in introduction of this Bachelor's dissertation. In conclusion these questions are answered. These questions are: 1, What type of party system appears most often and vice versa what type is the least frequent? 2, Is there an effort to copy party systems at city-level level to city council level? 3, What are the most local parties involved in the surveyed city and whether they are involved in a coalition at city council level? 4, Is there a tendency in these examined statutory cities to copy the city council's coalition at the level of the city district or city district to the level of the city council? Which political party is most often located in the coalition? Typology of Alan Siaroff, which is presented in his book Comparative European Party Systems: An Analysis of Parliamentary Elections Since 1945 from year 2000, hasn´t been applied in the Czech area yet.
