dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu nedaleko centra města Plzně. Součástí návrhu je i úprava přilehlého území na nový městský park. Rozsah projektu odpovídá dokumentaci ke stavebnímu povolení. Cílem práce je návrh dispozičního řešení, konstrukčního systému a skladeb konstrukcí, včetně jejich posouzení. Výpočty jsou provedeny dle aktuálně platných norem ČSN EN. Výkresová část je vytvořena v programu Allplan 2020. Tepelně technické posouzení navržených skladeb je provedeno v programu tepelná technika 1D společnosti DEKSOFT. Statické posouzení hlavních nosných prvků a návrh vyztužení je proveden ve výpočetním programu SCIA Engineer 19.1.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building near the centre of the city of Pilsen. The design includes adapting the adjacent area to a new urban park. The scope of the project corresponds to the documentation for the building permit. The aim of the work is to design a layout solution, structural system and compositions of the structures, including their assessment. Calculations are made according to currently applicable CTU EN standards. The drawing section is created in Allplan 2020. Thermal technical assessment of the proposed tracks is carried out in DEKSOFT's 1D thermal technique programme. Static assessment of the main load-bearing elements and reinforcement design is carried out in the SCIA Engineer 19.1. computation programme.	en
