dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem moderních produktivních nástrojů pro vystružování a jejich nasazení v reálné výrobě. Cílem práce je zmapovat současný stav na trhu s nástroji a vybrané nástroje poté otestovat na dané reálné díře. Výchozí stav technologie výroby daného tolerovaného otvoru a výsledky této technologie je dalším cílem této práce. Na základě výsledků měření navrhnout alternativní technologické řešení, které by dosahovalo požadovaných výsledků. Při měření bylo zjištěno, že výroba nedosahuje požadovaných parametrů. V této souvislosti byl připraven a proveden experiment, v němž byly testovány nástroje, které by teoreticky měly výsledky obrábění zlepšit. Tento předpoklad byl částečně potvrzen.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyzes modern productive tools for reaming and their usage in the real production. The goal is to chart present status of the tools market and to verify chosen tools on a real hole. Another goal includes defining original status of the production techniques of the tolerated hole and analyzing its results. On the basis of the measured results it is necessary to recommend an alternative technological solution which will gain the same reaming quality. However the measuring found out that the production had not gotten the demanded parameters. That is the reason why an experiment had been performed. The purpose of the experiment was to test the tools which should have improved the results of the reaming. This assumption was partially fulfilled.en
