| dc.description.abstract | Ve své diplomové práci ?Normativní teorie práva? se zabývám normativní teorií Františka Weyra a Hanse Kelsena. Zprvu bylo nutné pochopit kriticko-idealistický filosofický směr založený slavným německým filozofem Immanuelem Kantem. Za druhé jsem se snažil vyložit, co jsou hlavní pojmy pro pochopení normativní metody. V poslední části vykládám, jak Weyr nesouhlasí s pojetím státu tradiční naukou a naznačuji jeho myšlenky při konstrukci pojmu stát. V závěru své diplomové práce se pozastavuji nad tím, co je vlastně stát z hlediska kausálního. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my diploma thesis called ?Normative Law Theory?, I look into the normative theory of Frantisek Weyr and Hans Kelsen. At first it was important to understand the critical-idealistic philosophy style established by the famous German philosopher Immanuel Kant. In the second part I tried to explain the main concept of what the normative method really means. In my last part I explain how Weyr disagreed with the interpretation of the state in the traditional way and I insinuate his thoughts during the construction of the term state. At the end of my diploma thesis I talk about what a state is from a casual point of view. | en |
