| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je historicko-srovnávací studií, která se zabývá historickým vývojem monitorace kardiovaskulárního systému v intenzivní péči. Zaměřuje se na klíčové technologie, jako jsou EKG, pulzní oxymetrie, echokardiografie, měření krevního tlaku a techniky hodnocení srdečního výdeje. Práce mapuje postupný technologický pokrok od poloviny 20. století až po současnost a zdůrazňuje význam jednotlivých inovací pro klinickou praxi. Práce se také zaměřuje i na roli sester, která se v průběhu let významně proměnila. Výsledky ukazují, že moderní monitorovací systémy výrazně přispěly k přesnější diagnostice, zlepšení prognózy pacientů a efektivnějšímu rozhodování lékařů. Současné trendy směřují k integraci telemedicíny, automatizaci a využití umělé inteligence v monitorovacích procesech, což zvyšuje kvalitu péče o kriticky nemocné pacienty. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is a historical-comparative study that deals with the historical development of cardiovascular system monitoring in intensive care. It focuses on key technologies such as ECG, pulse oximetry, echocardiography, blood pressure measurement and cardiac output assessment techniques. The work maps the gradual technological progress from the mid-20th century to the present and the important significance of individual innovations for clinical practice. The work also concerns the role of nurses, which has changed significantly over the years. The results show that modern monitoring systems have significantly contributed to more accurate diagnostics, improved patient prognosis and more effective decisionmaking by doctors. Current trends are towards the integration of telemedicine, automation and the use of artificial intelligence in monitoring processes, which increases the quality of care for critically ill patients. | en |
