dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá záchytem pozitivních kvasinkových hemokultur na Ústavu mikrobiologie ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány mikromycety obecně, jejich rozmnožování, patogeneze, třídění a onemocnění, která mohou způsobovat. Následně jsou popsáni nejvýznamnější zástupci. Teoretická část také obsahuje laboratorní diagnostiku, odběr hemokultur a léčbu antimykotiky. Praktická část se skládá z laboratorní diagnostiky ve FN Plzeň a ze statistického zpracování dat a jejich zhodnocení. K analýze výsledků byl použit sběr dat za období 2019-2024 z Ústavu mikrobiologie v FN Plzeň. Výsledky byly nadále graficky znázorněny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the detection of positive yeast blood cultures at the Institute of Microbiology in the University Hospital in Pilsen. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes micromycetes in general, their reproduction, pathogenesis, classification, and the diseases they can cause. It also lists the most significant representatives. Additionally, the theoretical section includes laboratory diagnostics, blood culture collection, and antifungal treatment. The practical part consists of laboratory diagnostics conducted at the University Hospital in Pilsen, as well as statistical data processing and evaluation. Data collection from the Institute of Microbiology at the University Hospital in Pilsen for the period 2019-2024 was used for result analysis. The findings were further presented in graphical formen
