Trestné činy související s požáry a mimořádnými událostmi s ekonomickými aspekty

Abstract

Toto pojednání má za cíl poukázat na trestnou činnost, která sice souvisí s ekonomikou, hospodářskými trestnými činy, ovšem úzce se pojí s bezpečnostními složkami státu, zejména jednotkami požární ochrany. Pojednání se zaměřuje na obecné vymezení pojmů a činnost složek IZS v podmínkách ČR. Rozebírá jednotlivé trestné činy, jak z pohledu teorie, tak též praxe. Zaměření je na jednotlivé trestné činy v dané oblasti, ale i praktické příklady, které nastaly či mohou nastat. Popis oblastí je od trestné činnosti v oblasti korupčního jednání, přes trestnou činnost související se zneužitím informací až po zakrývaní trestné činnosti. V neposlední řadě je uveden i popis „zachráněných hodnot“ z pohledu jednotek požární ochrany.

This discourse aims to highlight criminal activities that, while related to the economy and economic crimes, are closely linked to the security forces of the state, particularly fire protection units. The discussion focuses on the general definition of terms and the activities of Integrated Rescue System (IZS) components in the conditions of the Czech Republic. It analyzes individual criminal activities from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The emphasis is on specific criminal activities in the given area, as well as practical examples that have occurred or may occur. The description of areas ranges from criminal activities related to corrupt practices, through criminal activities associated with the misuse of information, to the concealment of criminal activities. Lastly, there is a description of "saved values" from the perspective of fire protection units.
