dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na test racionality jako metody přezkumu právní úpravy zasahující do socioekonomických práv. V práci jsou krátce představeny i další metody přezkumu používané Ústavním soudem pro možnost jejich porovnání s testem racionality, taktéž je popsána a charakterizována skupina práv, na která se test racionality použije. Následně je test racionality rozebrán pohledem na jeho vývoj, strukturu a kritiku s vyhodnocením její aktuálnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the test of rationality as a method of reviewing legislation affecting socio-economic rights. The thesis briefly introduces other methods of review used by the Constitutional Court for the possibility of comparing them with the rationality test, and describes and characterizes the group of rights to which the rationality test applies. Subsequently, the rationality test is discussed by looking at its development, structure and criticism with an assessment of its topicality.en
