dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu provozu konkrétní spalovny nebezpečného odpadu umístěné v Plzni na Slovanech. V úvodu je stručně představena společnost provozující tuto spalovnu a shrnuty technické a identifikační údaje. Dále je podrobně popsána technologie spalovny, nejprve obecně, pak se zaměřením na jednotlivá zařízení analyzovaného provozu. Samostatné kapitoly jsou věnovány problematice emisí a odpadu. Zde jsou podrobně rozebrány legislativní předpisy vztahující se k zmíněné problematice, popsán způsob měření emisí, porovnány naměřené koncentrace znečišťujících látek s emisními limity a vyhodnocen vliv emisí na znečištění ovzduší za poslední tři roky. Rovněž je zde proveden rozbor spalovaných i produkovaných odpadů. V závěru práce je pak zhodnocen provoz spalovny jak z ekologického, tak i technicko- ekonomického hlediska a navrženo opatření vedoucí k optimalizaci provozu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the operation of a specific hazardous waste incineration plant located in Pilsen - Slovany. In the introduction, the company operating this incinerator is briefly presented and technical and identification data summarized. Next the technology of the incinerator is described first in general then with the focus on the specific devices of the analyzed operation. The individual chapters deal with the issues of emissions and waste. In this chapters are described detailed legal regulations related to the formentioned problems. The next chapters describe how to measure emissions, compare the measured data of concentration of pollutant emission limits and evaluate the impact of emissions on air pollution during the last three years. An analysis of waste incineration and waste production are also included. At the end of the thesis, the operation of the incinerator is evaluated both from the ecological and technical-economic point of view and proposed actions to optimize the operation.en
