dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta před a po chirurgické rekonstrukci ledvinné pánvičky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis anatomie a fyziologie močového ústrojí a na vysvětlení pojmů hydronefróza a pyeloplastika. Popisuje předoperační a pooperační péči o pacienty s diagnostikovanou vrozenou hydronefrózou s indikovaným operačním řešením. V závěru teoretické části je přiblížen ošetřovatelský model Virginie Hendersonové a pojem edukace. Praktická část popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči o dva záměrně vybrané pacienty metodou kazuistiky. Jsou zde stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, sestaven edukační plán a provedeno srovnání obou kazuistik. Výstupem práce je edukační materiál pro pacienty po urologických operacích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the bachelor thesis is nursing care of the patient before and after surgical reconstruction of renal pelvis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the anatomy and physiology of the urinary tract and on the explanation of the terms hydronephrosis and pyeloplasty. Describes preoperative and postoperative care for patients diagnosed with congenital hydronephrosis with an indicated surgical solution. At the end of the theoretical part, Virginie Henderson's nursing model and concept of education are approached. The practical part describes the nursing care of two deliberately chosen patients by case report. There are established nursing diagnoses, prepared an educational plan and a comparison of both case studies. The output of the work is an educational material for patients after urological operations.en
