dc.description.abstractI přes veškeré medicínské pokroky je riziko vzniku pooperačních komplikací aktuálním tématem, proto je důležité klást na tuto problematiku velký důraz. V diplomové práci se zaměřujeme na nejčastější komplikace vzniklé u pacientů po ortopedické operaci na jednotce intenzivní péče. Dále nás zajímaly vybrané faktory a jejich vliv na vývoj pooperačního období. U sledovaného souboru 163 respondentů bylo zaznamenáno celkem 141 komplikací vzniklých do 24 hodin po operačním výkonu, nejčastější byla retence moči. Ve výzkumném šetření byly pozorovány spíše méně závažné pooperační stavy. U rizikových faktorů, BMI a kouření, se nepodařilo prokázat vliv na výskyt časných pooperačních komplikací. U přidružených onemocnění vliv prokázán byl, významně byl však ovlivněn věkem pacientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDespite all medical advances the risk of postoperative complications is the current topic therefore it is important to place this issue high priority. In this thesis, we focus on the most common complications arising in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in intensive care unit. Furthermore, we interested in selected factors and their influence on the development of postoperative period. In the monitored group of 163 respondents we registered a total of 141 complications that were occurred within 24 hours after surgery, the most common was urinary retention. In our research we saw rather less severe postoperative conditions. For risk factors, BMI and smoking failed to prove the influence on the occurrence of early postoperative complications. For comorbidities influence was demonstrated, however, significantly it was influenced by patient age.en
