dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou jednotlivých možností financování vlastního bydlení v České republice. Cílem práce je jednotlivé možnosti popsat a následně je využít v praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis bankovních produktů, které se pro financování používají. Dále jsou uvedeny vlivy, které mají dopad na trh nemovitostí a úvěrů. Zmíněny jsou také limity stanovené Českou národní bankou a dopad těchto limitů na hypoteční úvěry. Praktická část je věnována modelovým příkladům, ve kterých je řešeno financování pomocí hypotečního úvěru, úvěru ze stavebního spoření a úvěru ze Státního fondu podpory investic. Dílčí části obsahují také zhodnocení jednotlivých nabídek institucí a výběr nejvhodnější varianty pro konkrétní příklad.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master's Thesis address analysis of individual possibilities of financing housing in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to describe the individual option and use them in the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the description of banking products that are used for financing. The following are the influences that have an impact on the real estate market and credit market. The limits set by the Czech National Bank and the impact of these limits on mortgage loans are also mentioned. The practical part is addresses to model examples, in which financing is solved using a mortgage loan, a loan from a building society and a loan from the State Investment Support Fund. The partial parts also contain an evaluation of the individual offers of the institutions and the selection of the most suitable option for a specific example.en
