dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce na téma ,,Perfuzní scintigrafie myokardu LKS v korelaci s výsledky CT a MR vyšetření srdce'' je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie srdce, cév a ischemická choroba srdeční. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány vybrané metodiky nukleární kardiologie zejména perfuzní scintigrafie myokardu, CT angiografie koronárních tepen a vyšetření srdce pomocí magnetické rezonance. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky u vybraných pacientů, ve kterých porovnáváme jednotlivé diagnostické zobrazovací metody a jejich vzájemné doplnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis titled "Left ventricle myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in correlation with the results of CT and MR heart examination" is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the hearth and vessels anatomy and the ischemic heart disease. Further, selected methodologies of nuclear cardiology especially myocardial perfusion scintigraphy, CT angiography of coronary arteries and the hearth examination with magnetic resonance are described there. The practical part contains case histories of the selected patients, where we compare specific diagnostic imaging methods and their mutual supplementsen
