„Wielka reforma” ramowego programu nauczania w Republice Czeskiej widziana oczami studentów studiów magisterskich Uniwersytetu Zachodnioczeskiego w Pilźnie (ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obszaru „Człowiek i społeczeństwo”)

Abstract

Artykuł analizuje refleksję trwającej reformy kształcenia ramowego (Rámcový vzdělávací program) z perspektywy studentów studiów magisterskich Uniwersytetu Zachodnioczeskiego w Pilźnie, którzy obserwowali zmiany w obszarze Człowiek i społeczeństwo. Autorka/Autor przedstawia wyniki jakościowego badania opartego na wywiadach i refleksjach studentów, którzy w trakcie studiów zetknęli się z praktycznym wdrażaniem reformy w szkołach. Tekst pokazuje, że studenci pozytywnie oceniają dążenie reformy do wzmocnienia kluczowych kompetencji uczniów i powiązania teorii z praktyką, ale także zwracają uwagę na niejasności w jej praktycznym stosowaniu. Wielu respondentów wyraża niepewność co do interpretacji nowych celów edukacyjnych i potrzebę wyraźniejszego wsparcia metodycznego dla nauczycieli w terenie. Artykuł identyfikuje ambiwalentne postawy wobec integracji tematów interdyscyplinarnych w ramach obszaru Człowiek i społeczeństwo, które odzwierciedlają różne spojrzenia na tożsamość zawodową nauczyciela. Dyskusja dotyka również kwestii, jak zmiany w programie kształcenia wpływają na aspiracje zawodowe przyszłych nauczycieli i jakie wyzwania widzą studenci w swojej przygotowaniu pedagogicznym. W podsumowaniu Autorka/Autor stwierdza, że studenci generalnie postrzegają reformę jako krok naprzód, lecz podkreślają potrzebę dalszego kształcenia dydaktycznego i praktycznego wsparcia dla jej efektywnej implementacji.

Článek se zabývá reflexí probíhající kurikulární reformy Rámcového vzdělávacího programu z perspektivy studentů magisterského studia na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni, kteří sledují změny v oblasti Člověk a společnost. Autor/ka prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na rozhovorech a reflexích studentů, kteří byli během studia konfrontováni s reformními záměry i jejich praktickou aplikací ve školní praxi. Text ukazuje, že studenti pozitivně hodnotí snahu reformy posílit klíčové kompetence žáků a důraz na propojení teorie s praxi, ale zároveň poukazují na nejasnosti v jejím praktickém provádění. Mnozí z respondentů vyjadřují nejistotu ohledně interpretace nových vzdělávacích výstupů a potřebu jasnější metodické podpory pro učitele v terénu. Článek identifikuje ambivalentní postoje k integraci interdisciplinárních témat v rámci oblasti Člověk a společnost, které reflektují rozdílné pohledy na učitelskou profesní identitu. Diskuse se dotýká také otázky, jak kurikulární změny ovlivňují profesní aspirace budoucích učitelů a jaké výzvy vidí studenti ve své pedagogické přípravě. V závěru autorka/autor konstatuje, že studenti obecně reformu vnímají jako krok vpřed, avšak zdůrazňují potřebu dalšího didaktického vzdělávání a praktické podpory pro její efektivní implementaci.

The article deals with the reflection on the ongoing curricular reform of the Framework Educational Program from the perspective of master's students at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, who are monitoring changes in the area of Man and Society. The author presents the results of qualitative research based on interviews and reflections of students who were confronted with reform intentions and their practical application in school practice during their studies. The text shows that students positively evaluate the reform's efforts to strengthen students' key competences and the emphasis on connecting theory with practice, but at the same time point out ambiguities in its practical implementation. Many of the respondents express uncertainty about the interpretation of new educational outcomes and the need for clearer methodological support for teachers in the field. The article identifies ambivalent attitudes towards the integration of interdisciplinary topics within the area of Man and Society, which reflect different views on teachers' professional identity. The discussion also touches on the question of how curricular changes affect the professional aspirations of future teachers and what challenges students see in their pedagogical training. In conclusion, the author notes that students generally perceive the reform as a step forward, but emphasize the need for further didactic education and practical support for its effective implementation.
