Jejím cílem je uvedení jednotlivých práv a povinností s přihlédnutím k judikatuře českých soudů a snahou poukázat na jejich uplatnění. V úvodní části práce je popsán historicko právní vývoj akciové společnosti. Následující část je věnována obecné charakteristice akciové společnosti. Stěžejní část práce jsou uvedena práva a povinnosti akcionáře. V závěrečné části je provedeno srovnání s britskou právní úpravou. | cs |
