| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stereotypy, s nimiž se lze setkat mezi západními dobrovolníky v indickém Ladaku. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda se objevují stereotypy v jednotlivých tematických kategoriích a následně ověřit, zda se respondentům tyto stereotypy během pobytu potvrdily či vyvrátily respektive, jak se shodují anebo odlišují předchozí očekávání a žitá zkušenost. Práce se zaměřuje především na stereotypy o rozvojových zemích a buddhismu. Zabývá se také motivací, medii a porovnáním s českou kulturou. | cs |

The aim of this work is to find out whether stereotypes appear in individual thematic categories and subsequently to verify whether the respondents confirm or deny these stereotypes during their stay, that is, how the previous expectations and lived experiences coincide or differ. The thesis mainly focuses on stereotypes about developing countries and Buddhism. It also deals with motivation, media and comparison to Czech culture. | en |
