Abstract
Příspěvek upozorňuje na opakující se chyby, kterých se dodnes dopouští část managementu českých průmyslových podniků, a který je nutno se zbavit i při uplatňování moderních manažerských nástrojů a metod. Jeho vznik byl inspirován současnými požadavky představitelů managementu uvedených podniků na českou vládu a odstraňování uvedených problémů má zlepšit výkonnost na úrovni podniků.
The paper draws attention to recurring mistakes, which are still being committed by part of the management of Czech industrial enterprises, and which must be eliminated even when applying modern management tools and methods. Its creation was inspired by the current demands of the management representatives of the listed companies on the Czech government, and the removal of the listed problems is intended to improve performance at the level of the companies.
