dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na právovárečné měšťanstvo v Plzni. Zpočátku sleduji vývoj pivovarnictví ve světě a dále popisuji rozvoj měst v českých zemích, až po detailnější popis práva várečného a měšťanskou vrstvu obyvatel s ním spojenou, s užším zaměřením na město Plzeň. Zde také sleduji osudy plzeňských právovárečných měšťanů, založení a osud jejich Měšťanského pivovaru, stejně jako právní kontinuitu osob na vzniku pivovaru se podílejících.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on brewing-right bourgeoisie in Pilsen. In the initial parts of the thesis, I deal with the advancement of brewing worldwide; further I depict the development of Czech towns and cities, followed by a detailed description of brewing rights and the sort of the population (bourgeoisie) concerned with them, focusing on the city of Pilsen. Hereby I also follow the fate of the brewing-right bourgeoisie in Pilsen, the establishment, and the evolution of their 'Měšťanský pivovar' (Bourgeois brewery), as well as the legal continuity of the people who took part in the brewery establishment.en
