dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá spokojeností sester s použitím ERAS protokolu u pacienta s kolorektálním karcinomem. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou obecně rozpracované znalosti o kolorektálním karcinomu, ERAS protokolu a úloze sestry v ERAS protokolu, a část praktickou. V této části bakalářské práce jsou rozpracovány výsledky našeho dotazníkového šetření. Jsou zde uvedeny tři dílčí cíle vázající se k hlavnímu výzkumnému cíli. První dílčí cíl se zaměřil na to, jak u sester probíhalo zaškolení pro práci s ERAS protokolem. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jakou důležitost sestry přikládají jednotlivým doporučením ERAS protokolu. Poslední dílčí cíl byl věnován rozdílu, jaký sestry vidí v běžné praxi při ošetřování pacienta ve standardním režimu a pacienta procházejícím ERAS protokolem. Po analýze získaných dat jsou zde uvedeny výsledky všech tří dílčích cílů a hlavní výzkumné otázku. Závěrem našeho šetření je, že jsou sestry s používáním ERAS protokolu u pacienta s kolorektálním karcinomem spokojeny pouze částečně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis study investigates nurses' satisfaction with the usage of the ERAS protocol in a patient with colorectal cancer. The study is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the general information about colorectal cancer, ERAS protocol and the role of the nurses in the ERAS protocol are discussed. In the practical part, the results of our questionnaire survey are worked out. The first sub-objective focuses on how nurses were initially trained to work with the ERAS protocol. The second sub-objective was to determine the importance nurses placed on each of the ERAS protocol recommendations. The final sub-objective was to observe whether nurses in daily practice saw a difference in treating a patient undergoing the standard procedure and treating a patient undergoing the ERAS protocol. The last sub-objective focused on the difference nurses see in daily practice between treating a patient undergoing a standard procedure and a patient undergoing the ERAS protocol. After the analysis of the gathered data, the answers to the three sub-objectives and the main research question are presented. The conclusion of our research investigation is that nurses are only partially satisfied with the use of the ERAS protocol in patients with colorectal cancer.en
