| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů trpících onemocněním roztroušené sklerózy při rekondičních pobytech. Samý počátek práce nám blíže přibližuje problematiku nemoci. Pojednává o výskytu onemocnění, jeho průběhu a popisu klinické symptomatologie. Dále pojednává o diagnostice, diferenciální diagnostice, léčbě, nemoci, jednotlivých variantách onemocnění, oblasti prevence a popisu samotné rehabilitace. Na samotném konci jsou popsány metody rehabilitace, které lze využít v případě péče o pacienta. V praktické části jsem se věnovala kvalitativnímu výzkumu, kterého jsem se zúčastnila prostřednictvím každoročně pořádaného rekondičního pobytu pro dané pacienty, kde bylo s pacienty každý den ráno rozcvičení, v dopoledních hodinách probíhaly kondiční lekce v bazénu a v odpoledních hodinách se prováděly s pacienty individuální terapie s cílem zlepšení či alespoň udržení poruchy funkce, která je významným limitem života pacientů trpících tímto onemocněním, zlepšení stability a celkové kondice. V rámci pobytu bylo využito testování dle senior fitness testů, testování funkčních dosahů a měření respirační amplitudy hrudního koše. Na konci pak pacienti udávali pozitivní zpětnou vazbu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy for patients suffering from multiple sclerosis during reconditioning stays. The initial part of the thesis provides a closer insight into the disease, discussing its prevalence, progression, and clinical symptomatology. Furthermore, it addresses diagnostics, differential diagnostics, treatment options, various forms of the disease, prevention, and rehabilitation. The final section describes rehabilitation methods applicable to patient care. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research, in which I participated through an annually organized reconditioning stay for these patients. Each morning, patients engaged in warm-up exercises, followed by conditioning sessions in the pool in the late morning, and individual therapy sessions in the afternoon aimed at improving or at least maintaining functional impairments. These impairments significantly limit the lives of patients suffering from this disease, and the therapy focused on improving stability and overall physical condition. During the stay, testing was conducted using senior fitness tests, functional range assessments, and respiratory amplitude measurements of the ribcage.
