dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá vývojem sídla Šťáhlavice od 19. století do současnosti. Sídlo Šťáhlavice se nachází v Plzeňském kraji, 18 km jižně od Plzně v okrese Plzeň-město. Hlavní pozornost byla v práci zaměřena na vývoj počtu obyvatel a domů v letech 1869-2011 s využitím databáze Českého statistického úřadu a na hodnocení změn ve struktuře obyvatel podle pohlaví, věku a povolání. V letech 1880-1885 a 2000-2005 jsme pomocí počtu narozených a zemřelých zjišťovali, zda se jednalo o přirozený přírůstek či úbytek. V práci je rovněž hodnocen stavební vývoj sídla. Intenzivní stavební rozvoj sídla je dobře patrný z leteckých snímků z roku 1956 a 2011 a historických a současných fotografií budov. Pro nalezení perspektivity sídla a stanovení vlivu suburbanizačních tendencí na další rozvoj sídla Šťáhlavice bylo využito dotazníkové šetření s obyvateli.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis deals with the development of the seat Šťáhlavice from the 19th century to present. The seat Šťáhlavice is located in Pilsen region, 16 km south from Pilsen, in district Pilsen-city. The main attention was focused on the development of population and houses in the years 1869-2011 using the database of the Czech Statistic office and the evaluation of the changes in the structure of the population by sex, age and occupation.In 1880-1885 and 2000-2005, we used the number of births and deaths investigating whether it was a natural growth or decrease. The building development of the seat is also assessed in this thesis. There is an intensive construction development of the seat that is evident from the aerial photographs from 1956 and 2011 and the historical and contemporary photographs of buildings. The survey, that was handed to the local inhabitants, was used to find out the view of the seat and to set the effect of suburbanistic trend on following residential development of Šťáhlaviceen
