dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komplexní ošetřovatelskou péči o novorozence při chirurgickém podvazu Botallovy dučeje, která zohledňuje potřeby rodičů. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První, teoretická část se věnuje otevřené Botallově dučeji, shrnuje příznaky a příčiny vzniku. Ale také popisuje léčbu a ošetřovatelskou péči o novorozence před a po chirurgickém podvazu Botallovy dučeje. Dále se zaměřuje na psychologii rodičů a jejich potřeby. V druhé, praktické části jsme zpracovali dvě kasuistiky, kde můžeme názorně vidět problematiku ošetřovatelské péče při chirurgickém podvazu Botallovy dučeje. Doplnili je o názorné pozorování a rozhovory s rodiči zaměřené na potřeby rodičů v souvislosti s tímto výkonem. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je návrh informační brožury pro rodiče a sestry v adaptačním procesu. A shrnutí bakalářské práce v prezentaci přednesené na Pediatrických dnech v Plzni v březnu 2017.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the complex care of the newborn during the surgical ligation ductus Botalli, which reflects the needs of parents. It is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is devoted to patent duktus arteriosus and also summarizes the symptoms and the cause of.origin. However it describes the treatment and nursing care of the newborns before and after surgical ligation patent ductus arteriosus as well. Then it focuses on the psychology of parents and their needs. In the second practical part we elaborated two case studies where we can clearly see the problems of nursing care in surgical ligation patent duktus arteriosus. We added visual observation and interviews with parents focused on the needs of parents in connection with this performance. The outcome of the this bachelor thesis is to draft brochures for parents and nurses in the adaptation process. And summary of the thesis in a presentation that will be presented during the pediatric days in Pilsen in March 2017.en
